Vice President Business Development and Marketing

Kristen is the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for Miracles In Sight. Her focus is on surgeon relations, driving new service lines, collaborating with researchers to find treatment options for blinding eye disease and fund development.

Kristen has over 28 years of eye banking experience and 10 years of tissue banking experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and a Master of Health and Human Services Administration from St. Mary’s University in Minnesota. She is a Certified Eye Bank Technician (CEBT) and Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS). She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Eye Bank Association of America (EBAA)  and has served on numerous committees and sub-committees over the years including the Medical Advisory Board, Technician Education Committee, Certification Board, and Research Committee. She has served as faculty for the Technician Education Symposium and Slit Lamp Symposium, training over 500 technicians domestically and internationally. She current serves as Eye Bank Sector representative on the Executive Board for the Global Alliance of Eye Bank Associations (GAEBA).
