Kayli Green

Kayli Green, SPHR

Director of Human Resources

Kayli Green began her career in Human Resources in 2013 at Miracles In Sight. She started out as an HR Assistant and progressed into the role of HR Generalist where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. In August of 2022, Kayli was promoted to Director of Human Resources. Prior to working at Miracles In Sight, she graduated from UNC-Greensboro with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. In November of 2019, Kayli earned her SPHR certification.

Outside of work, Kayli enjoys staying active in her Crossfit gym, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her two children.
